Diets are based on the premise that you need to know more.
Specifically, you need to know more about the diet the expert is selling.
Depending on the expert, you need to know more about intermittent fasting, how to track your macros, how to eat all things in moderation or how to track your calories in their app.
You don’t need more nutritional knowledge.
You’re an intelligent, successful woman.
You know that Kraft Diner, frozen pizzas and zero vegetables don’t lead to weight loss.
So don’t lie to yourself like I did for 25 years and tell yourself it will all get better when you find the right diet or workout.
Draw a line in the sand today.
A diet is just a band-aid.
It will cover up what is boiling underneath the surface, but not for very long.
If you want to lose weight permanently you need a remedy, not a bandaid.
You’ll lose weight permanently once you understand why you’re eating.
If you’re anything like me or the clients I’ve worked with for the past 7 years, you’re using food as your go-to when you’re happy, mad, sad or glad.
You can change the role food has in your life when you learn how to be more conscious.
Becoming more conscious with food doesn’t have to be painful and you don’t need years of therapy to figure it out.
You can figure it out quickly.
Weight loss is about coming to the truth of why and how you’re using food. When you understand this you will stop fighting with yourself.
The truth sets you free. But only 100% of the time.
When you get to the truth of how you’re using food and you decide how you want to use food will stop relying on motivation and willpower, which always runs out anyway.
I can teach you how.

WHAT WOMEN HAVE SAID:
This approach to weight loss is genius.
Today I weighed under 150 pounds for the first time in 4 years!
I’m in the process, but the process isn’t consuming me like diets always do. -Karen
